Searching Greene County Recorder's Office Records Online
The Greene County Recorder's Office offers online access to ALL data and documents from Jan. 1, 1993, to present. Certain records prior to 1993, back to 1980, are also available online. New documents usually appear online within 24 hours of recording. We currently offer more than 150,000 documents online.
Online searching is available through two services that offer levels of access designed to meet the varying needs of our customers. One of them is:
LAREDO: Laredo is a subscription-based service that allows users to search in much the same way they would at a terminal in the Recorder's Office. It is designed for users who require online access on a regular basis.
Laredo use is based on minutes, with packages ranging from 250 monthly minutes to unlimited use available. Users also pay $1.00 per page PRINTED. There is no per-document charge to view documents. Subscribers must sign a user agreement (click to view the user agreement) and the cost for the monthly minutes package recurs until the user cancels their subscription.
Laredo search parameters are the same as those by which users can search in the office.
