Greene County has two separate and distinct courts, as well as a Magistrate Court. Aside from their civil caseload, Circuit Court is responsible for one-half of all Level 5 and higher case filings along with all juvenile cases. Superior Court is responsible for the remaining felony case filings and all misdemeanor and infraction cases. The Magistrate Court was established to assist both courts in handling their caseloads.
